Diem Pottery
Thomas Diem is a second generation designer and potter. Born in NYC but living in Ireland since he was a child, his first taste of pottery came in his own father’s studio. Having completed the DCCOI Pottery Skills Course and spending time perfecting his craft, Thomas established his own studio in 1997.
‘At Diem pottery we believe that the objects we use have a great effect on our lives. We design and create by hand pieces that combine traditional skills with a contemporary design edge. Our aim is to enhance people’s daily lives by creating functional yet beautiful things.’ We believe Diem Pottery achieves just that!
