Kathy Mooney is a largely self taught potter based in Dublin. And to quote Kathy herself:-
‘Every morning when I go out to my little shed in the garden I enter another world, a world of imagination.
Just sitting with a lump of clay I can conjure up a fantasy of animals. And I give all my little creatures different expressions and personalities. I love the tactile feeling of the clay in my hands and my head is full of ideas of what I can create.’
