Born in Tipperary, Jane’s love of fashion, art and illustration was apparent from an early age. Her work is inspired from her extensive travels and her passion for all things creative. Trained as a fashion designer and art teacher she has worked as a knitwear designer for Collette Dinnigan in Sydney and freelance in London as a textile designer for Matthew Williamson.
Jane’s fashion illustrations have been published in Vogue Australia, Image and Tatler Magazine. She was invited to lead a fashion illustration workshop at the Chester Beatty Library in conjunction with their Costumes Parisiens exhibition of fashion plates 1912-1914 and has illustrated fabric print for exclusive lingerie label Fraulein Annie.
Her pen and ink illustrations are highly distinctive and much sought after.
