John L Davies
Born in 1952 in Swansea, South Wales, John studied at St Paul’s College of Education in Cheltenham for a B.Ed degree in the Theory and Practice of Education, Fine Art and Psychology.
Throughout his working life he has travelled and lived in a number of countries, and has particular links with Norway and Germany.
He now lives and works from his log cabin home and studio in Co Kilkenny. By and large an abstract painter, his paintings have been exhibited throughout Europe and feature in private collections around the world.
